Community Amenities

Bureau Lofts is currently under construction at 2323 Anderson Ave. in Manhattan, Kansas, near Kansas State University with completion of phase 1 Sept 2026 and phase 2 Oct-Nov 2026. Once complete, this community is planned to offer convenient amenities designed to support everyday living, including a business center, package lockers, elevators, on-site management, a dog park, wireless internet, controlled access, video surveillance, sprinkler system, fire extinguishers, and convenient rent payment options through the main office and drop box.

Unit Amenities

Apartment homes at Bureau Lofts are also currently under construction, with planned in-home features that include drapes or blinds, internet access, A/C, coat closets, ceiling fans, granite countertops, refrigerator, icemaker, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, washer and dryer connections, and provided washer/dryer. Select homes are also expected to include accessible features, including handicap-equipped and ADA units.
